Scholarship

I got the email yesterday that I actually got a scholarship from the department of Geology and Geophysics. This is awesome to me because I really thought that I was out of the running this year because I am done with geology classes. Since it is a teaching major, they help through the student teaching year. I think that this is awesome. I have to wait until the 3oth to find out what the dollar amount of it is. That is one of the weird things with the department. They tell you that you have a scholarship then they don't tell you how much it is.

So, that made my day yesterday right when I was sitting in a tie for my least favorite class. I know that it is going to be the Earth Science Composite Teaching scholarship because I think that is the only one that the ESCT majors are eligible for. So, I will wait for a bit to update on this.
