What to do for Sinus Problems
I have been having sinus problems on and off for years. MRI, CT scan and all that junk. I went in for my sinus infection and my doctor told me to try a Neti Pot. It is nasal irrigation and cleaning. 
It has been interesting to start to use this. If you really want to know more about it, google it. It is kind of gross if you are not used to it. I guess that since you now know what I am doing you can see how desperate I am to ;get rid of some of my sinus problems.
