T-1 week

I get the rest of my scholarship money by next week and we have put this semester's tuition bills on the credit cards for points knowing full well that I have scholarships that will pay them off. By next week we will be 100% out of debt. We have consistently carried a small amount of debt on the cards, but it mostly remains small. It is a really nice feeling to know that Not only will we be debt free, but we will be saving more than we have been able to do in the past. All of the excess scholarships will be going into savings. It is so nice to be ahead if only for the next while. It is also nice to know that I earned the scholarships. It is nice to be rewarded for being good in school...every nerd's dream.
