Blankie

I wrote in my last blog that I was making a blanket for my friend that is pregnant...yeah I am still not saying who! My mom gave me a whole bunch of stuff to start out my collection of sewing stuff.  I don't have that picture with me as I am at my parent's house right now.  So, here is the finished product.

I don't do fleece blankets.  This is full on fabric with peco edges.  I hooked it to my mom's professional quilting machine and went to town.  I had a lot of fun with this blanket.  I started it last night and I finished it about 30 minutes after I got to my parent's house.  

So, I am pretty excited about this.  I was going to tie it, but the quilting machine was free and it looks really cute.  I will send her the yarn so she can knit something cute out of it.
