Agency
It has been crazy trying to find an agency to work with for adoptions in Albania. With Hague convention code and Albania only working with a couple of agencies, it has been a little bit of a struggle. We were able to find the loophole. Since Endrit IS Albanian we bypass a lot of agency hokum. We are slowly but surely moving forward with adoption. It is really exciting for us.
