Never Hurts to Ask

First off, Happy Friday the 13th! I always seem to have great days on this "unlucky" day so I am excited for it to be here.

The reason for this post is that I am glad that I can ask professors for an extension to a due date or a test redo when I fail a test.  The 2 times that I have asked I have been able to redo or hand in the assignment for full credit.  I can't tell you how much it made my day when I got a 94% on a concert report that I went to the concert after the due date and handed in the assignment a week late.  It kind of made my day today. 

I will be spending today redoing the test that I failed. Yeah...I failed...and I am admitting it! 56% to be more precise.  But, I get to redo it for full credit.  It has higher expectations, but I have longer than 2 hours to formulate the answer.  Today started out as a great day and as I am able to finish off this test it will be to study for my 2 tests on Saturday.

It never hurts to ask professors to do something for you if you have a good reason.  Mine was my tonsillectomy.
